Organizer : Global Korean Community Research Center, Korea University

The SSK Project Group for Multicultural Education and the HK Center for Northeast Asian Studies jointly host an international workshop for designing migrant integration and multiculturalism policy indices for Northeast Asian countries.

Objective

The workshop intends to examine the current situations of migrant integration and multiculturalism in Northeast Asian countries and to develop more valid and reliable indices of migrant integration and multiculturalism in the Northeast Asian context. To accomplish these goals, we invite experts on migrant integration and multiculturalism from China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and provide an open forum where we share information and ideas. We hope this workshop be a stepping stone for developing an international network of researchers who can participate in a future joint research project.
