Classical Japanese Document Reading

This reading includes personal documents such as letters, diaries as well as official documents that were written during the Japanese colonial period by the then Governor-General of Korea and other high-ranking officials. Even if a little, it is important to reveal what we can to fill in the gaps in our understanding of the politics at the time. To this end, the Asiatic Research Institute is conducting a reading and analysis of these documents, picking up any important details that may help us uncover the past.
