ARI, Korea University opens its internship.
ARI is openings its internship for undergraduate student. We believe this experience will be a valuable opportunity to learn how something that I learn in class is linked to research activities in institute, how various prestigious research centers are connected, and how I apply and practice partnership with my colleagues. All undergraduate students of Korea University are eligible for application.
What is ARI?
ARI, found in 1957 as the first University R & D Center has been leading Northeast Asia Regional Studies. Since more than half century, ARI has studied various areas including communism studies, China studies, Japan studies, and Korea studies and published more than 200 research series, document series, and books. The Journal of Asiatic Studies of ARI becomes one of the oldest and most prestigious research journals in Korea. Moreover, since 2008 November, ARI has been selected one of targeted institute of Northeast Asia Regional Studies, which will pursue the agenda of “Northeast Asia’s Transnational Space” for next 10 years as one of Humanities Korea Project supported by National Research Foundation. Using its own independent building behind main library, ARI has more than 30 research rooms, its own library, many seminar rooms and conference rooms.
Applicants should be: undergraduate students (preferred fluent Chinese, English or Japanese speakers and able to use word-process)
Working hours: 8 hours a week

Selected applicants will be contacted individually for interview.
Benefits: Certificate for Internship, Participation for ARI academic conference and workshops. Lunch will be offered during work day. Personnel PC and common office.
Internship will be from February 1 to June 30.
