Professor Barry Buzan of the London School of Economics (LSE) will visit Seoul at the invitation of the Asiatic Research Institute (ARI) and the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Korea University, on April 6-11. The world-renowned international security expert is the architect of the Regional Security Complex (RSC) Theory.
