President of National University of Singapore East Asian Institute(EAI), Wang Gungwu(王赓武, 82)visited Nae Young, Lee, President of Asiatic Research Institute.President Wang who is invited by Korea Foundation recieved Doctoral degree of history in London University. Also he was a professor of Australian National University(1968-1986), a vice president of Hong Kong University(1986-1995) and a president of National University of Singapore East Asian Institute(1997-2007). Especially president Wang is famous as expert of overseas Chinese research. Meanwhile National University of Singapore East Asian Institute(EAI) is established in 1997, researching politics, economics, society and culture in China including Honkong, Taiwa and Korea, Japan, ASEAN countries. President Wang looked back the late Jun-Yeop, Kim his close friend.He expressed his concern about inter-Korean relationship that resembles cross-straits relationship. Vice president of ARI, Sang Soo, Park and HK research prefessor Kyung Soo, La attended this meeting.
